Lauren joined The Forbury Group of Nurseries as a Lunchtime Nursery Assistant in 2016. Lauren then completed a Level 3 Early Years Education Qualification in 2018 becoming a Qualified Nursery Nurse.
Lauren has since progressed through the nursery from a Room Leader to a Senior Nursery Nurse and then to Third in Charge. Lauren has worked in all age groups across the nursery and recently completed a Level 4 Early Years Advanced Practitioner Qualification in 2022. Therefore, she has a strong knowledge of child development across all age groups within the setting.
Lauren is a Designated Safeguarding Officer alongside the Nursery Manager and holds a full certificate in Safeguarding Training along with Designated Safeguarding Lead Training. Lauren also has certificates in First Aid, Fire Safety & Fire Warden Training.
